***HVAC Asst. Project Manager must have 5 + years of experience in HVAC working on large scale projects.

***Knowledge of Boilers Chillers and HVAC. May be substituted with Electrical Knowledge

*** RFI's, Transmittals, Sub Coordination, General Construction knowledge

*** Job site Safety Knowledge is a must.


Manager will oversee all aspects of Construction activities of assigned projects, oversee other project managers, develop schedules, coordinate safety activities, develop action plans, RFI's, Transmittals, and maintain relationships with all parties involved in projects.


The HVAC Project Manager should have great communication skills as they will be communicating the project goals with the Project Managers and Field Personnel. The SR. Project Manager will work closely with contractor's offices to ensure all requirements are being met.
