Job Listing: Lath Plaster Drywall Estimator

We are looking for an experienced Lath/Plaster/Drywall Estimator

-5-10 Experience Lath/Plaster/Drywall Estimating
- Timberline/ Primavera/ MRP software

The work involves reviewing construction drawings, performing take-offs of Lath/Plaster/Drywall and miscellaneous specialties, assembling estimates on the computer, communicating with Subcontractors, regarding their estimates and bids, communicating with Architects, Engineers, and Clients regarding their intentions for projects, and meeting with Project Managers, Estimators, and Administrative Support working on the project to coordinate efforts. Some travel is involved via auto to visit sites and attend meetings with the other members of the project team, i.e. Architects, Engineers, Clients and Subs.

Our goals in the Estimating Department is to provide the best professional pre-construction services that can be found anywhere in the construction industry. When we are successful at this, we make a significant contribution to the development of the project design, as well as to the quality of the construction drawings and specifications, and help make the project successful for all team members. Our clients expect us to play a key role in keeping the project on budget during the design phase.
