Job Listing: Help Desk Technician

TEKsystems is searching for qualified candidates for Help Desk support at a client in the Manhattan, KS area.

Candidates will be supporting the internal users on Windows XP Operating Systems via Phone and emote Tools. 24x7 environment shift work, 365 days a year. Active Directory, LAN, Enterprise Scale Network troubleshooting and support.

Qualifications:
2+ year Help Desk experience
A+ Certification is a plus
Bachelors Degree in Information Technology is a plus
US Government Security Clearance is a plus

Notes:
6 month contract-to-hire
Must be flexible on shifts
40 hours a week - full time employment
