Job Listing: Survey CAD Technician

Our client, a large Full Service Engineering firm, is seeking a Survey AutoCAD Technician for its office in Richmond, VA.

Job Qualifications:
-2 Years experience in AutoCAD programs in a Professional setting.
-Basic land survey knowledge.
-ability to read plans related to land survey, architecture and civil engineering.
-QUALIFIED candidates will have experience working in the civil/survey drafting field.

Job Duties:
-Transform field data to working drawings.
-Review plans from civil engineers and/or architects and prepare drawings for construction staking using points, alignments and profiles.
-Read and decipher field notes and apply to drawings.
-Compute volumes from design and field data.
