Mid size company is looking for a Tax Senior who will work with the Director of Tax. This is a great opportunity to get in with a company during its pre-IPO stage. The Tax Senior will be responsible for assisting the Director in the following areas:

FAS 109
FIN 48
Quarterly Provisions
Sales and Use Tax
Property Tax
Franchise Tax
Audit


Requirements:

BS/BA Accounting
2-3 years Public Experience (preferably Big 4)
Works well independently
Organized
Task oriented
