Job Listing: Remedy Developer

TEKsystems is currently looking for a Remedy Developer to work remotely for our client, a leader in their respective industry.

Job Description: Responsibilities will include application administration, development and maintenance of the clients' Remedy ARSystem.

The Remedy ARSystem platform is a Sun Solaris configuration with an Oracle Database, using VERITAS for local failover and integrating with multiple system monitoring tools. The platform also includes a Window server configuration for Web access.

The successful candidate will be working as part of a team with multiple customers in application administration (such as data/account administration), as well as defining requirements, processes, planning, development, testing, maintenance, and documentation of customer service delivery. Team member will work with other team members in maintaining sound configuration standards while developing the Remedy ARSystem configurations to meet customer requirements.


Required Skills: A minimum of 3+ years experience in Remedy ARSystem 6.3 application design and development including MidTier. Must be able to have a flexible work schedule. Excellent customer relations skills.

Desired Skills: Experience with Remedy 7.0 and ITSM greatly desired. Experience with Solaris. Experience with Solaris, Oracle, C++, JavaScript, and HTML. Web design, performance tuning, and training.
