Job Listing: Inside Sales Representative
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving customer awareness and interest and getting customers to evaluate the potential of outsourcing telesales functions. This position combines the creativity and technology passion of being a salesperson with the gratification of working directly with technology customers.
Job responsibilities in detail:
Cultivate and develop support for business development organization based on ability to drive the business opportunity for new customers
Identify target customers and engage into preliminary discussions on the value of outsourcing
Heavy outbound phone calling activities
Qualify accounts & prioritize opportunities
Prioritize opportunities and present to business development team
Assist in the business plan development for telesales service offering
This is a Direct-Hire, Full-Time position offered through Volt Technical Resources, a division of a Fortune 1000 publicly traded Staffing Industry Leader, which is headquartered in Redmond, Washington. We are among the largest IT staffing companies in the US for contract/temporary and direct hire placements and support most of the top rated IT companies in the Pacific Northwest and many IT companies across the country.

Required Skills for this Inside Sales Representative position includes the following:
2 years sales, customer support, or customer service experience - technical sales preferred
Strong telesales background including familiarity with selling services
Solution selling experience and or formally trained in solution selling methodology
Excellent demonstrated customer interaction skills
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Effective problem solving skills
Creative and adaptive thinking
Drive to learn and apply new concepts
Able to work in a fast paced team environment
Proven time management skills
Strong negotiation skills
Education requirements: BA and/or BS in Business and/or technical discipline or equivalent work experience
