Volt Workforce Solutions is looking for a strong customer-minded individual to work as an Employee Relations Representative from our Las Cruces, NM office. The Employee Relations Representative acts as a liaison between call center Field Employees and the Client Manager to ensure the temporary assignment is successful. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast paced environment where you will be exposed to a variety of situations and tasks. Tracking and documenting attendance and performance data for employees in a call center environment. Scheduling ongoing meetings with employees, timely response to employee questions, building relationships with client managers and acting as an advocate for Volt programs. Applicants should possess the ability to build strong relationships and have proven experience doing so. The ability to multi-task and work independently is a must.
