What are the job duties for this exciting position?:
-Build customer relationships locally and nationally
-Provide solutions and responsible for making sure we are meeting the customer's contingent staffing needs across the country
-Manage recruiting plan for contingent workforce
-Recruit, Interview and hire contingent employees
-Counsel and terminate contingent employees as needed
-Employee relations
-Periodic travel to visit other customer sites (nationally)
-Manage and lead internal program team across multiple sites (2-4 people)
-Metrics tracking and continues business improvement
-Prepare monthly and quarterly reports as requested by customer
-Prepare and give quarterly presentations to customer

Required Skills
-5 years previous management level experience in the staffing industry, customer service, HR, or Recruiting is desired.
-Advanced verbal, written and presentation skills
-Strong Computer skills (Including MS-Excel, Word, and Power Point)
-Ability to create and analyze reports and recognize trends
-Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time

$48,000.00 - $55,000.00 Annual DOE
