Job Listing: Java Team Lead
The senior Java Developer will be responsible for leading a small software development team. Necessary experience will include technical design to include use case, sequence diagrams, object model, then translating them to actual code. The successful candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision within a team. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal are a must, with not only other team members, but with the functional users as well.
In order to be considered for this position, all candidates must possess great depth of experience in such technologies as Java, JavaScript, JSP, Java Servlets, Java Beans and Oracle PL/SQL on a Solaris/Apache-based environment. Experience with Eclipse IDE, JBoss, Tomcat, Visual Safesource, Clearcase, PVCS or CVS source control systems are a plus!
Required Skills
Minimum of 6-10 years software application development experience.
Experience must include:
Web-based software development
Software generation (actual coding)
Troubleshooting analysis for large enterprise solutions with high availability and high performance requirements.
