Volt is seeking a talented CSR who is equally skilled in both customer service, and technical support. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity. If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities to include:

Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction possible through direct and indirect support one member at a time.

Support revenue retention, referrals/word of mouth and actions within membership community via knowledge transfer.

Maintain the proper company image and culture with our clients.

-Be the eyes and ears for our client. The customer support team is on the front line of dealing with our membership community on a daily basis and needs to provide consistent feedback about what works well and what does not for the average and unique member.

Required Skills

Takes escalated calls from Customer Support Team (I).

Works with sales team on client renewal efforts.

Services each and every client with a smile on your face!

Monitors customer support queue, answers support line calls and collaborates with customer support team.

Trains, explains tasks, and assists in the solution of problems.
Supports the new hire training effort.
