Working in HR Training Department, using Power Point, Word & Excel, processing invoices, expense reports, making travel arrangements, coordinating catering for meetings, helping with inventory, filing, copying, need to be prepared for anything as there will be a VARIETY OF DUTIES.

Required Skills
Solid admin skills, professional demeanor, SENSE OF URGENCY, able to work in high pressure department, FLEXIBLE TO DO DIFFERENT TASKS (such as helping with inventory, copying, etc., as well as higher level admin duties), proficient in Power Point, Intermediate Excel & Word skills. Very helpful if have experience in a training environment, but not necessary. Ideally looking for a candidate that has a strong personality and can deal with the array of different personalities.
