Job Listing: Project Manager- CRM

Our client is a successful Microsoft Reseller located in Alpharetta, GA .

This position is for a mid-level to senior Project Manager.

Previous experience managing CRM implementations is a must - preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM but Salesforce, Siebel or other CRM product experience is a plus. Experience managing ERP implementations for People soft, JDE or Oracle also a plus. Six Sigma and PMP certifications are preferred but not required.

The ideal candidate with be process driven and have experience handling multiple projects simultaneously. Must be a self-starter and require minimal supervision. Full Benefits package available. See below for more details.


PROJECT MANAGER – Microsoft Dynamics CRM
To manage the projects of implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems for medium to large clients, ensuring adherence to the contracts and scopes of the projects

Duties & Responsibilities:

-Ensuring adherence to the project contract and scope
-Perform Scope Engagements
-Financial success of projects
-Putting together, scheduling and managing the project team
-Periodic internal and external status reports

Credentials & Experience:

-5 years experience as a Project Manager of CRM or ERP Systems Implementations
-Training and certification in Project Management is an advantage but not required – PMP or Six Sigma
-Excellent verbal and written communications skills as well as strong interpersonal skills to professionally represent Columbus in front of the customer.
-Public speaking experience, publications, and business processes description skills
-Excellent negotiation skills, experience in communications / negotiations with decision makers & executives in large enterprise accounts, Ability to conduct project meetings.
-Ability to select, coach and motivate team members, Ability to delegate tasks to team members
-Ability to carry out risk analyses, Ability to scope the project and its activities, Ability to perform project change management
-Ability to set objectives of the project and its stages
-Dynamic driver, team player, consensus builder
-Fluency in English is mandatory (both written and oral)
-Knowledge of MBS Products (other ERP, CRM, BI Products)
