Job Listing: Mechanical Designer

Our client, a reputable Gas Turbine Engineering and Manufacturing company in Stuart, Florida, is looking for a solid Mechanical Designer to join their team on a permanent basis.

Our client "is a world-class provider of OEM turbine parts and services. We provide high quality new alternative source of OEM aftermarket turbine parts for several models of turbines. We design and manufacture turbine blades - buckets, turbine vanes - nozzles, turbine combustion liners and turbine transition pieces."

Mechanical Designers will be responsible for the design of these Gas Turbine parts, i.e. blades, vanes, airfoils and combustion parts; dimensioning and tolerancing also be required.

Mechanical Designer must have:
- BSME Required
- 5-7 years experience (in utility OR aerospace) in Turbine Design
- Experience in design of Airfoils and Combustion Parts
- Experience with Pro/E Wildfire OR Unigraphics (UG) Required
- Experience with 3D parametric models with solid CAD
- ANSY 14.5 Dimensioning and Tolerancing
- OEM, FAA Quality, Casting, Fabrication and Forging experience a big plus but not required
- Local Candidates desired
- $60-80K per year
