Warehouse Operator/Warehouse Coordinator

A leading pharmaceutical company is actively seeking qualified candidates for a Warehouse Coordinator position.

JOB DUTIES:

Assist with asset tagging computer equipment. Must be able to operate the forklift (reach truck) for both large and small pieces of equipment, and lift up to 70 lbs. Assist with warehouse in/out control. Perform manual data entry. Perform general warehouse duties as assigned. May be requested to assist in inventory control. Work may alternate between being slow-paced to being very hectic with tight deadlines.

REQUIREMENTS:

Forklift (reach truck) certification. Warehouse inventory in & out control. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Job requires frequent lifting. Knowledge of OSHA reqs for warehouse and dock, plus awareness of other safety issues. Neat handwriting required. Must be ethical, with strong follow-through. Must be able to work alone or as a team. Strong documentation skills.

SKILLS:

HS or equivalent. Minimum of 1year warehouse experience and knowledge of computer equipment. Certification in warehouse logistics a plus. Efficient working knowledge of MS Office. Working knowledge of Remedy and Qualiparc a plus.
