Job Listing: Cell Manager- Circuit Board Experience

Cell Manager will coordinate the activities of the manufacturing work center to meet customer sales order demand and achieve goals of cost, quality and on-time delivery. The Cell Manager will coordinate effective and timely resolution to unanticipated manufacturing/processing issues and evaluate manpower needs to meet sales order demand. This person will also collect, analyze and report on cost, quality and delivery statistics with specific focus on root cause/corrective action for those results in less than divisional goals. Duties also include ensuring that employees are effectively and appropriately managed, all ISO processes and procedures are being followed and all required training is completed in a timely manner.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Management or similar field with 6-8 years of progressive experience in manufacturing and supervision of manufacturing personnel in the electronic assembly manufacturing industry. Candidates must also be computer literate in the MS Office Suite of programs, possess above average customer interface skills, excellent leadership ability and knowledge of lean and six sigma.
