Job Listing: Technical/Customer Service Supervisor

Aerotek Professional Services is currently looking for a highly skilled Technical Support Supervisor for our client in Arcadia, Ca.

Our client is a well known medical device manufacturing company - working with sensor pads for hospitals and nursing homes.

The ideal candidate will:

-Have a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.

-PC literate - must have Advanced Excel, Word, and Excel.

-Exceptional report and trend analysis skills.

-Strong communication, time management, and organization skills.

-Must be able to communicate and interact with all levels of personnel.

-Minimum of 7 years in a Customer Service role.

Within this position, the candidate will be supervising a team of 3-4 people in resolving technical problems and inquires with a higher level of expertise. This includes assistance with activities of all products. Will be using knowledge and initiative to complete tasks including extracting data, writing reports, analysis, and other documents to maintain accurate records.

The shift is Monday through Friday - 5:45 am - 2:15pm.
