Job Listing: Inside Sales Supervisor

The global leader in OSHA Compliance and medical waste management solutions for medical facilities is seeking an inside sales supervisor for a new sales team.

Responsibilities of the inside sales supervisor:
- Managing a team of 5 inside sales representatives.
- Maintaining quota for each sales representative.
- Coaching and training of sales representatives.
- Follow up calls to customers when needed.
- Confirming account status for customers.
- Transferring to appropriate internal departments when needed.

Requirements of the inside sales supervisor:
- Salary of $50,000 + major bonus potential.
- Inside sales management experience.
- Ability to train, coach, and run an efficient inside sales team that consistently meets monthly quota.
- The hours will be Monday-Friday with 40 hour weeks and overtime offered.
- Flexibility between 7 AM and 7 PM.
- Background in medical or pharmaceutical sales a plus.
