Job Listing: Helpdesk Support

TEKsystems is seeking experienced Helpdesk Technicians in the Champaign IL area for various engagements with its Central IL clients.

Job Description:
Provide Help Desk support assist customers world-wide
Provide answers to basic system function questions
Installation and maintenance of support hardware and software
Facilitate and direct calls to the appropriate support staff
Serve as the intermediary between the customer and support
Respond to calls to the emergency cell phone as necessary
Maintain/create user work requests in Wonder Desk.
Set up and process UPASS accounts and Blackberrys
Prepare weekly and monthly reports for tracking purposes.

Education/Skills Required:
1. High School Education required
2. Knowledge and experience with MS Office products including but not limited to MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access
3. Excellent written and oral communication skills essential
4. Excellent customer service skills a must
5. Possess or able to obtain secret clearance
