Job Listing: Customer Service Manager

Our client, a middleman between medical device and medical supply companies, is currently seeking a Customer Service Manager.

Responsibilities:
-Responsible for managing about 3 customer service employees
-Collecting on past due accounts and will perform all Accounts Receivable duties
-Handling escalated calls and resolving issues for high priority clients
-Responsible for the scheduling of all customer service representatives
-Maintaining and updating an accurate database of clients

Qualifications
This candidate must have the following previous experience:
-3 Years of Managerial Experience
-Medical Supply Experience
-Medical Supply Distribution Experience
-Long-Term Care (Nursing) Experience
-Medicare Part B & Billing Experience
-Collections & Accounts Receivable Experience
-Strong Computer and Interpersonal Skills
