Job Listing: IATA certified Warehouse Worker

Our client is currently seeking for Warehouse Worker.

Requirements:
- Processing domestic and international shipments. Must have experience in hazardous materials shipping and be Haz Mat, IATA and IMDG certified.
- Must have two to three years shipping experience
- Must be computer literate and have prior experience with Bar Code Scanning
- Prepare freight for shipment, including palletizing, wrapping, banding and securing
- Inspect containers for proper hazard class labels and markings. Examine combined loads to verify that all included hazardous materials types can be shipped together.
- Prepare shipping documents including identification of hazardous materials.
- Load outbound carriers, including hazardous materials, and offer placards as required by hazard class.
- Maintain records of outbound loads.
- Receives raw materials according to check-in process. Verify the identity of material received, quantities, specifications, and general condition and then label containers with appropriate inventory codes. Move pieces to bays in warehouse using a forklift.
- Perform inventory cycle counts.
- Attend required HSE training including Hazardous Waste Management, emergency response, and Hazard Communication, and demonstrate an acceptable level of understanding of topics.
- Operate equipment and follow procedures in accordance with ISO 9000 and ISO 14001 standards.
- Maintain housekeeping standards in work area.
- Follows all safety procedures including general site safety rules.
- Operate a forklift.


Must be a hard worker, good attitude, and commitment to the company is a must.
