TEKsystems is looking for an IT Support professional in Duluth

Location: Duluth, MN

Duration: 9 -12 month plus contract

Job Description:

*Customer Support Specialist to support IT operations.

*Candidate must also possess strong communication and analyst skills with the
ability to interact with technical experts as well as non-technical clients.

*Operate, maintain and support the full variety of PC and desk-top related equipment, applications and systems, and repair or coordinate repairs.

*Perform diagnostic and performance testing; configuration management; installation/uninstallation of hardware, software, peripherals, internal circuit boards, batteries and disk drives; system backup and preparation for disaster recovery; system logs and/or records
maintenance; electronic media storage; and develop, update and maintain system inventories.

*Maintain and support a full range of user help desk
activities, including trouble call logging, tracking, and resolution regarding system applications, equipment and operations.
