DeCA operates a world wide chain of approximately 280 commissaries to provide groceries to authorized military personnel, retirees, and their families.
The purpose of this position is to lead three or more employees in carrying out the main work assignments needed to successfully operate a commissary store.

Qualifications Requirements: Applicants must have at least one full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-4 level in the Federal Service.
