Knowledge Desired. Must be knowledgeable of all legal recruiting practices in California. Must be highly computer literate. Possess excellent communication skills. Requires excellent customer service skills and be results-oriented. The right candidate will be able to work with minimal supervision and able to meet multiple deadlines. Must be able to work with all levels of employees. Job Duties. This position will support the current vision systems' recruiting team by focusing on all recruiting activities for non-exempt production positions. This includes managing all recruiting activities using a company-based online recruiting tool (Raycats) to perform the following tasks: assisting with job description generation and applicant flow, setting up and conducting interviews, performing background checks, negotiating offers and setting up new hires.
