Job Listing: Front line Production Supervisor

Aerotek is currently seeking a Frontline Production Supervisor for a production facility in Western North Carolina.

On a day to day basis this person will be responsible for:

*Safety, quality and performance of assigned packaging and plastic lines.
*Supervise the performance of hourly team members.(20 to 30 members)
*Produce key performance indicators (KPI) reports
*Provide decision making to ensure production to ensure targets are attained.
*Following all GMP's complying with Health and Safety and HACCP regulations.
*This position is extremely hands on. The ideal candidate will be willing to work on the floor with employees and be an active member on the production lines.

This candidate should have:

*2-4 yrs. experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment or equivalent education and experience.
*Effective leadership skills.
*Problem Solving and Analysis Skills
*Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office tools.
*Hands on experience with electrical and mechanical maintenance.
*Experience in food/beverage or pharmaceutical and/or bottling industry is required.
*Experience with GMP's complying with Health and Safety and HACCP regulations is required.
