Job Listing: Customer Service Representative

Our client, located in Petersburg Virginia, is seeking a Customer Service Representative.

This person will be responsible for Fielding customer/client phone calls; pricing orders; giving quotes; resolving customer issues with shipments; Liaison between plant and client, coordinating orders; Using excel for data entry, ACT for client documentation, MS Word for creating quotes.
