Job Listing: Customer Service Supervisor

Our client, is looking for a Customer Service Manager. The hours will be Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.

On a day to day basis, this person will be responsible for:
-Reviewing orders and releases to make sure the customer requirements are defined, documented and entered into the system
-Processing orders, quotes invoices, samples and credits
-Analyzing procedures to find improvements
-Act as a liaison between management, customers, customer service representatives and salesmen

To be qualified for this position, individuals need to have:
-A Bachelor's degree
-Knowledge of quality system procedures/work instructions
-Supervisory experience
-Manufacturing experience

This position is a direct placement. Individuals will need to be able to personally interview within 24 hours.
