Job Listing: HR Benefits Administrator

Our client is currently seeking a HR Benefits Administrator.The position

focuses on the day-to-day administration of the Health & Welfare and

Retirement benefits for Havana Inc. in the Americas, which would support

the US and Canada benefit plans. The individual will also be responsible

for the day-to-day 401(Mk) Retirement administration along with working on

a variety of other Benefit department projects such as the Health and

Welfare and the Supplemental Retirement Savings Plan open enrollment.

Position Requirements: Minimum of 1-3 years Benefits Administration

Experience HR system experience, preferably SAP Good problem solving skills

Strong organizational skills Excellent interpersonal skills Customer Focused

Good written and oral communication skills Experienced user of Microsoft

Office products Bachelor Degree preferred CBP or CEBS designation

preferred.
