Job Listing: Temporary Front Desk Admin

Our client, an Engineering firm, is seeking a 1-month, temporary Front Desk Administrative Assistant to join their team.

On a day to day basis this person will be responsible for answering and directing phone calls; assisting with projects using Excel and Word and sorting/distributing mail.

To be qualified for this position, individuals should have 1+ years in a similar environment and strong computer skills. Knowledge of Excel and Word is required.

Since this is an immediate opening, individuals must be able to personally interview within 24 hours and have 3 professional references available.
