Job Listing: Medical Customer Service Representative

Our client, a large medical company in the Indianapolis area, is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

On a day to day basis the Customer Service Representative will be taking inbound calls from customers. This individual will be responsible for taking orders for medical supplies. This person will be dealing with discrepancies in order accuracy as well as reorder of supplies. The Customer Service Representative will be expected to learn on the job quickly and provide exceptional customer service.

To be qualified for this position candidates MUST HAVE:

2-3 years of call center experience with customer service
1-2 years of experience using medical terminology
Excellent communication skills
Bachelor's Degree

This position is scheduled to be a full time nine month contract position. Individuals need to be available to interview within 24 hours.
