Job Listing: Graphic/Web designer

We're searching for that rarest of the rare, a designer with all the tools. Our client is looking for a candidate who will:
- Have a keen eye for type, color and layout and the ability to execute your vision mastering some combination of the requisite software.
- Understand what is and is not possible with HTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, XML, Actionscript
- Understand and internalize business needs and realize that there is creative need in every project.
- Perform under tight deadlines but continue to be innovative with no deadline in sight.
- Be versed in user-centric design principles, can create a wireframe and/or know what web standards and accessibility are all about.
- Have e-commerce experience
- Have 3+ years of web design experience
