Job Listing: CNA Customer Service

Large health care provider across Illinois, is looking for several Certified Nursing Assistants to join their team, in a customer service role. Employees in this position will be interacting with patients over the telephone in order to gather medical histories and compiling the information into a centralized database.

Requirements of this position include:
- Certification of training in the medical field (CNA, MA, LPN, RN)
- Proficiency in medical terminology
- Maintain a working knowledge of medical conditions, treatment and pharmacology
- Good phone and computer skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail and desire to provide quality patient care

Long term advancement opportunities
$11-$13/hour based on experience
