Job Listing: Channel Partner Acct Mgr
An internationally recognized and creatively-respected technology organization is seeking an experienced channel partner manager to analyze, communicate and solve issues related to product data with retail sales partners in Brazil, Portugal and Latin America. This position manages relationship and communicates with partners, it does not have sales responsibilities.
As an account manager in this capacity, your focus will be on:
Analyzing and managing product data as related to the needs of channel partners in the new markets of Brazil, Portugal and Latin America; Effectively communicating inventory data issues to channel partners while quickly and effectively offering solutions; Coordinating with manufacturers, transportation organizations and channel partners to ensure delivery; Analyzing and forecasting demand of supply to ensure availability; Setting appropriate expectations with customers regarding transportation, production and future shipments; Managing product development time line from inception to market launch

Required Skills
And your background and experience will have all of the following:
Experience Forecasting Retail Needs (raw material needs is a plus, but forecasting of RETAIL needs is a must). Forecasting on either the supplier or receiver end is acceptable. Technology product needs of major retailers is desired; Experience handling Logistics (timelines, shipping, receiving) of retail goods; Proven experience in Planning; Bilingual in English and Portuguese and/or Spanish;
A strong candidate will also have:
An Analytical Thinker: strong data analysis and forecasting experience; Product management experience; Strong and effective data communication experience; Proven problem solving experience as related to data management; Strong understanding of CPFR process with focus on forecasting; An understanding of Latin America, Brazil and Portugal.
In addition, multi-vender relationship experience; Knowledge of Lifecycle Management (i.e. "Agile") software; ERP/SAP Experience; Bachelor Degree and 3-4 years of related experience; Masters Degree and 2-3 years of related experience (or applicable experience); Channel Marketing Experience; Logistical Experience; Account Management/Sales Experience.

65,000.00 - 90,000.00 Annual DOE
