Job Listing: Jr. Recruiter/Coordinator (Entertainment Industry) Temp
Check out this exciting recruiting opportunity! Volt is looking for a Jr. Recruiter/Coordinator to assist us in-house with the overall staffing process. The role will play a key part in helping to increase the recruiting productivity and efficiency of an entertainment industry managed program in Burbank. If you are looking for an opportunity to be a part of a highly collaborative and fast-paced team in a role that will give you deep insight and experience in recruiting, this is the right job for you! The Coordinator will partner closely with and provide staffing support to the Program Manager to meet the annual hiring plan for the client group. The Coordinator will be based in Cerritos and will have daily responsibilities of data entry, scheduling, maintaining proper assignment information in our tracking system, making phone calls and following-up on candidate submittals, plus other general recruiting duties.
PLEASE NOTE: Some local travel between our Regional Office in Cerritos & the client site in Burbank will be required.

Required Skills
Qualifications include solid problem solving and written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate will possess strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with a variety of internal clients and external candidates. You must be able to work independently, learn new tools quickly and deliver high quality results on time. Detail orientation and organizational skill is required. Microsoft Office software proficiency is also required. Previous human resources or recruiting experience preferred. Entertainment industry experience would be ideal!
