Job Listing: IT System Support Specialist
Responding to inquiries and requests for assistance with the organization's computer systems. Will efficiently identify problems, troubleshoot and provide advice assisting various user skill levels both remotely and on-site.
Assist with the personal computer technical support, licensing, and software installations. Provide support in managing the usage, maintenance and development of all personal computer systems and applications.
Perform daily backups and file recovery as needed. Manage network antivirus/Operating System updates . Update and manage intranet sites as needed.
Configure and install new workstations and provide repairs when needed.

Must be flexible for occasional day and overnight travel

Required Skills
A qualified candidate must bring the following successful experience:
Minimum of two years experience working with personal computers and major desktop PC applications in corporate environments.
Associate Degree in Computer Science
Experience with networking, back-up and recovery operations on a PC network
Proven success in arranging daily priorities based on operational needs, work independently on multiple tasks
Fluent in all Microsoft Office software applications, and familiar with Microsoft Active Directory
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Excellent interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all levels of user community
Ability to provide exceptional customer service support during stressful situations
WAN or SAP Experience a definite plus
