Company: Top IT Consulting Firm Position Title: Senior HR Business Partner Location: Blue Bell, PA Reports To: Managing HR Business Partner Description: The incumbent will be the driving force behind large-scale, global projects. Works closely with Human Resources Managing Business Partner (MBP) supporting to drive HR Solutions Delivery initiatives that include performance management, improved performance, performance roundtables, skills assessments, talent reviews, mentoring, monthly business review preparation, and HR operational excellence. The key focus would be on relationship building. Responsibilities: · Create project plans, engage stakeholders, set milestones, develop communications strategy and execute deliverables · Drive change management in a global environment Qualifications: The individual should have advanced communication, presentation, analysis, problem solving, planning, and organization skills and must be able to understand business issues and their implications for HRM.

Required Skills

1. Bachelor’s degree
2. Extensive experience in a Human Resources capacity
3. Recent years of experience working as a consulting Business Partner on strategic initiatives and project management
4. Experience in change management and delivery of HR solutions
5. Experience in advanced organizational effectiveness, consulting and understanding of operational metrics
6. Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
