Compensation: $70,000 - $110,000 (Depending on amount of Experience)

QUALFICATIONS:

- 5 plus years of Mechanical Design Experience with HVAC for Schools & Hospitals
- Required to have an Active Mechanical Engineering License in the state of California
- Proficient & Familiar with using Carrier HAP, 3D Bentley, Microstation and AutoCAD 2007
- LEED Certification (Preferred but not Required)
- Project Management Skills providing assistance and guidance other staff
