Job Listing: Controller

Our client is a Company that is located in Tempe and are and are looking for a Controller with the following attributes:

Relocation is a possibility


Must haves:
- CPA
- Asst controller or controller position in last 3-5 years
- Minimum 5 years experience at controller level
- College degree in Business with emphasis in accounting, CPA or MBA preferred
- Minimum of ten years of accounting experience required some of which was acquired in companies ranging from $20 - $100 million in revenues.
- International accounting experience necessary (multi-entity, multi-currency)
- Treasury management experience preferred
- Three to five years management experience required
- Strong analytical and computer skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Multi entity consolidation with multi currency (min 3 entities with inter company transactions) within past 3 years with company > $20 million revenue
- Working knowledge of FAS 52
- Working knowledge of FAS 133

 
Nice to have:

multi lingual
great plains experience
FRX reporting writing experience
managed remote staff
prepared financial statements for subsidiaries
MBA
Education industry experience

The ideal candidate will not have experience with a fortune 500 company. They would like someone that can come in and take charge and suggest new ways of doing things. Someone with strong problem solving skills that likes being hands on and developing there team will do well in this position.
