Job Listing: Business Continuity Analyst

TEKsystems is looking for an Intermediate level Business Continuity Analyst with 3-5 years experience in either a Business Operations or Information Technology role, and a minimum of 1-2 years in Business Continuity Management.
Required experience includes working with Line of Business managers to perform Business Impact Analysis and develop Business Continuity Plans to adequately address disruptions. Skilled in working with project teams to develop technology recovery plans to meet recovery time objectives and recovery point objectives. Experience coordinating and leading technology recovery and work area recovery exercises. Must be able to effectively facilitate meetings, document, and track tasks and issues to completion.
Must be familiar with Event Management, Crisis Response, and automated tools for call tree and emergency notification systems. Ability to interact with all levels of management and staff to gather and translate continuity requirements in order to formulate recovery solutions. Must be highly organized and possess excellent written and oral communication skills.

Project Management/Methodology (Six Sigma/PMP) experience is considered a plus.

Meetings/scheduling/facilitation skills required.

Client facing skills a must.

Banking/Financial Services understanding a huge plus.

Merger/Acquisition/Transition exp. a plus.

Not a very technical position.

Please concentrate on business acumen/savvy in addition to the business continuity background.
