Job Listing: Customer Service Representative

A Roanoke based financial institution is hiring Customer Service Representatives to work with their deposit recovery group.

On a daily basis Customer Service Representatives will have the following responsibilities:
*Receiving inbound calls from previous and existing customers in order to manage their accounts.
*Inputting and updating customer information.


Candidates interested in the Customer Service Representative positions must meet the following requirements:
*Previous experience in a call center environment.
*Must be able to type 30 wpm.
*General banking knowledge is a plus.

The hours for the Customer Service Representatives are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM-5:00 PM. Overtime will be included. For more information on the Customer Service Representative positions please contact Eric Wulf at (804)484-3439.
