Experienced Senior Clinical Research Specialist responsible for the coordination of the planning, execution and documentation functions of the clinical research team. Experience brings clear strength and direction to the project. Collaborates with Clinical Project Manager and supports groups in problem solving situations and the identification of project priorities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Demonstrates sound knowledge of essential SOPs and ICH/FDA guidelines.
-Prepares/participates in audits/inspections and assists in resolving findings from audits and inspections.
-Proficient in writing scientifically and technically accurate assigned research documents with minimal supervision.
-Effectively monitors CROs and assigned clinical studies.
-Responsible for accurately tracking project progress.
-Requests and compiles critical study documents in accordance with regulatory requirements.
-Actively identified qualified investigators and performs as a knowledgeable liaison between the company and the investigative centers.
-Independently initiates and distributes projects clinical supplies
-Demonstrates ability to identify and, in collaboration with the study team, act on problems and obstacles encountered.
-Initiates requests for payment and maintains adequate accounting system.
-Proficient in performing CRA tasks of clinical data management system.
-Proficient in reviewing and assessing clinical data.
-Independently coordinates activities of the clinical team during multiple clinical investigations to meet project goals and deadlines.
-Manages project by effectively evaluating, identifying and assigning require tasks and responsibilities.
REQUIREMENTS:
-R.N, B.S., M.S. or degree in medical documentation with minimum 3-5 years CRA experience.
-Ability to travel as required by project
