Our Client is the Largest Mechanical Engineering firm in Sacramento currently has an opening for a California Licensed Mechanical Engineer for our growing Sacramento office. With just over 70 employees, and we are seeking a professional, experienced and reliable Mechanical Engineer to join our team. Believing in the capability to design buildings that reduce energy consumption through practices that are economical and readily achievable, we are looking for a qualified candidate with the same views we share. We are seeking an individual who wants to take partnership and ownership within our firm as well as carry out the long term values of our firm.

Licensed Mechanical Engineers will have a minimum of 5 years of industry related experience pertaining to the mechanical design of Healthcare and Civic Projects. Strong candidates will be Leed Certified and will have their Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a regionally accredited university. Ideal candidates will have fire protection experience as well as the ability to take on a leadership role. Must be comfortable with AutoCAD 2007, 3D programing and familiar with Carrier Hap. Chosen candidates will be extremely proficient with heating, plumbing and piping design. Job responsibilities for Licensed Mechanical Engineer include; Design of mechanical systems (HVAC), coordinate design information between disciplines, analyze existing systems (layout of plans, schematic diagrams and selection of equipment), monitor and insure project scope and budget and mentor and oversee emerging staff to insure success of individual employees.
