Role Summary

Medical Science Liaison that will be reporting to: Director, Medical Science Liaison. The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is responsible for product advocacy through national, regional and local Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships. The MSL will be expected to leverage internal and external relationships to enhance data generation, and medical information dissemination across the product life cycle.
The MSL will be based regionally and reports to the Director, MSLs

Key Responsibilities:

Build and leverage strategic relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) on a national, regional and local level; Identify and develop KOLs for medical education and clinical research opportunities; Develop strategic KOL plans to provide needs-based, value-added services and to improve their advocacy; Skilfully plan, prioritize, and execute multiple responsibilities; Participate in cross-functional initiatives, internal therapeutic advisory groups and project teams (e.g. advisory boards, publication planning; slide-deck development, training initiatives); Deliver quality medical education presentations in a variety of settings and to obtain valuable feedback that can disseminated throughout the organization; Gather and disseminate competitive intelligence from multiple sources; Complete accurate and timely administrative reports, projects, and required documentation requests.

Adheres to current policies and procedures; Serves as the focal point for cross-functional leadership in representing issues communications; Provides frequent communication to management regarding progress or concerns; Participates in the Performance Management process.
