We have an immediate opportunity for an Executive Recruiter in our Sales & Marketing Practice. This position will have the opportunity and advantage to leverage off our established consulting and permanent recruitment teams and related contacts, as well as our other sister companies (TEKsystems & Aerotek).

As a recruiter you will be responsible for a variety of activities including client interaction and introduction, new and follow up meetings, selling and branding our services, establishing service agreements as necessary, negotiating salaries, and all around excellent customer service. Additionally, you will also participate in the recruitment/job filling process, interviewing, working with clients as it relates to submitting candidates for review, scheduling and managing the interview process, follow up and closure of searches. Additional responsibilities will include participating in professional organizations and visiting existing/new clients. There is an inherent amount of 'phone work' and people interaction to grow our business including: warm and cold calling, recruiting/sourcing, phone screening, candidate follow up, and general client contact and entertainment. Candidates should be comfortable and confident generating business over the phone as well as in person. Training and development is centered around the Morgan Methodology.

Successful backgrounds in the firm have included:
-Experienced recruiters with an "entrepreneurial" attitude and who are self directed.
-Other candidates who have a good reputation and solid "network" in MD.
