Job Listing: LPN Call Center

Looking for LPN/RN that can handle inbound and outbound calls in an office environment. Office location is in Naperville, IL.

Job consists of the following:
Handling inbound and outbound phone calls in an expanding call center
Review medical charts, preparing documentation for the underwriting dept.
Customer service, including computer and phone skills being mandatory
Assist with other projects as necessary
The main part of the job is talking to patients about medications and about concerns with insurance.

Must be an LPN or RN.

Part-Time: Monday through Friday 4-8 PM. Saturday (8 hour shift) 8 am- 4PM or 9 am- 5PM
Pay will range from $18-$20 an hour depending upon experience
