Job Listing: Financial Aid/Customer Service Supervisor

My client, a call center in Downtown Baltimore is in need of a Department Supervisor for their Higher Education vertical of the call center.

This position requires experience with the FAFSA and Financial Aid process and being able to assist students getting through the process. As well, this position will entail supervising up to 12 phone agents in the call center environment.

As well, this position requires the ability to work directly with clients, build and maintain positive relationships and ensure that all questions and concerns are attended to.
Good communication skills, professionalism and high attention to detail is required for success.

A bachelors degree is preferred but not required. Experience with FAFSA and Financial Aid is REQUIRED!
