This is a non-bargaining unit position.
The work schedule for this position is Mixed Tour. With a Mixed-
Tour work schedule, an employee may be changed between full time,
part-time, and intermittent work schedules to accommodate
fluctuating workloads and is subject to a signed agreement.

Major Duties
Incumbent resolves listing problems; assists Supervisor in
monitoring reinterview process, and in determining field assignments
by analyzing daily reports to determine caseloads. Reassigns
cases. Checks in and edits questionnaires. Computes production
allowances and prepares office reports on production, training, and
progress. Answers a variety of inquiries from the field staff
regarding survey procedures as well as trouble shooting for the
laptop computer including how to obtain a replacement laptop and
computer equipment; providing support to the FRs with laptop
problems such as how to identify hardware problems, i.e., hard disk,
and modem; reviewing the laptop's common software problems, i.e.,
instrument and case management software. Supervise support staff,
including conducting performance reviews. Address survey respondent
questions and concerns.

Qualifications
To qualify for this position you must have at least one year of
specialized experience which is equivalent to at least the next lower
grade level in this series. Specialized experience that equipped the
applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs)
to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is
typically in or related to the position to be filled.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
GRADE-06
EXPERIENCE: You must have one year of specialized experience
equivalent to the grade 05 level in the Federal service.
Specialized experience is work experience that includes checking,
reviewing, and editing incoming questionnaires for completeness and
accuracy; developing and streamlining methods of operation for
office automation support such as installing programs; creating data
fields to track data; editing and preparing reports including graphs
and charts; establishing procedures; and troubleshooting hardware
problems with laptop or personal computers.
EDUCATION: Education cannot be substituted for experience at this
grade level.
THE FOLLOWING KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES ARE NECESSARY TO
PERFORM THE MAJOR DUTIES OF THE JOB.
Experience preparing questionnaires and/or surveys and reviewing
completed questionnaires or surveys for accuracy.
Experience in research, development, and evaluation of survey
questionnaire data to generate reports.
Experience in the implementation, maintenance, and evaluation of
survey questionnaires.
Experience in maintaining progress and control records and evaluating
performance of subordinates.
