Job Listing: Training Coordinator/ Project Coordinator
We are looking for an successful candidate to provide logistics support for customers/vendors at on-site and off-site locations. In this role, you will assist with system functions for training purposes as well as assist customers in filling out forms to ensure proper set-up of classes. As well, you will provide on-site coordination/trouble-shooting for major events, based on client needs, and provide project support. Additionally, you will maintain relationships with key service support departments and leads. Overall, the primary functions of this position is effectively use the Learning Management System as well as logistically coordinating training events.
Required Skills
1-3 years of project management/coordinator experience
Highly effective customer service, communication and organizational skills
Ability to establish expert knowledge level within the Learning Management System
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite products (EXCEL and OUTLOOK)
Prior purchasing/logistics experience
