This Professional level position serves as a Project Manager involved with the management of large-scale mission-critical programs and projects. The incumbent gathers customer requirements, defines the project and program scope, develops program solution documentation and manages project resources and priorities. The incumbent monitors cotractor progress, policies, procedures, methods and management.
