The duties of this position would include:
·Perform collection activities, including making phone calls, sending faxes or e-mails, adding collection comments to system, and/or coordinating activities with other collection agents and manager
·Monthly account reconciliation's required on various general ledger accounts
·Enter finalized cash receipts and updates accounts receivable ledger, by customer
·Researches and processes customer claims of invoice payment
·Research and process charge backs, returns, bad checks and/or unallocated cash

Required Skills
To be considered for this position you must have the following requirements:
1. High school diploma.
2. Associates degree or higher in accounting preferred.
3. Three (3) or more years accounts receivable experience preferred.
4. Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal and communicative skills.
5. Experience resolving customer issues.
